My Heart Is Broken..

Today...My Dad lost his fight...he passed away this morning.In a way it is fitting that he passed on Memorial Day weekend..he was a proud veteran and a retired police officer.He was only 66.
If you have a spare prayer..I would ask that you offer it up as we have the wake on Tues...and funeral on Wed...and my 16 yr.old daughter faces brain surgery on Fri..Give me strength..

Haven't had the chance to speak with you personally in quite a while, but know my prayers for your daughter have never ended and will continue and prayers of strength for you as well.
There's always time for prayers, they need not be spare, we have every waking moment to pray to God about anything and everything.
God Bless your father, prayers go up for him as well. People like him have made it possible for all of us to even do so ... prayer and appreciation for the sacrifice men like him have kept us in and with the freedom to do so.
God Bless you Shari and all your family in this time of hurt on your heart, proud of your father and strong for your daughter ....
