Metformin?

I was recently put on Metformin for Diabetes and since then have been really getting hit harder than normal and more often than normal with the H/A's.  Have any other diabetics had this problem, or is it just coincidental?

Any input would be appreciated.  I found nothing in the literature with the medication that referred to H/A as a side effect, but clusters aren't usually taken into consideration when meds are evaluated.

I'll have Linda checking in for me.  Thanks.

Funny I should see this. When I was told I had type 2 I was put on the Glocophage (same stuff) and within 2-3 weeks my ch's returned (after five years). They came back worse than I remember, but I only had about 3-4 cycles that lasted 4-6 weeks each time. Lucky for me I had high blood pressure so my nuero put me back on verapamil. Good luck with the blood my friend!

I'm taking Gliclazid (160 mg/d) for many years now.
About 2 years ago the doc added Metformin (1000 mg/d). I didn't notice any difference on clusters.
