Begging for prayers...another sad post...sorry~

Hi its me.... another sad post~ it seems as if all I have for you lately is sadness. Definately not my fault. They say God only gives you what you can handle. Well I think God needs glasses because what He sees in me and what I have left is a speck of hope... a glimmer. I am not as strong as He thinks I am.
I am asking your prayer tonight for my sister in law Doreen who has over the past week been diagnosed with INOPERABLE TERMINAL LUNG CANCER. Tonight she was told that even with chemo at best she will have a 20% chance of living a year or two.
Doreen is my brother Kevins wife... they were and have been in love for about 32 years... she is only 50 so if you count those years up thats 3/4 of her life dedicated to my brother, their 2 kids, 2 cats, and all of lifes tribulations...
Please say a prayer that if God is taking my brother's wife in this way, that she not suffer. That Kevin finds the strength to endure the long road ahead. That I give up the thought that I have to take care of everyone and everything in my extended family...
And I will pray that those of you that still smoke will know that this is the cancer caused by smoking, and quit. Its called Otes cell cancer... Dave quit cold turkey a week ago and doesn't eve have the urge. This is way too close for comfort right now. Not ready to give up my sister in law after losing mom and dad less than a year ago... I love you all... Ree

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

Oh Ree.....this is such sad news. You all are going to miss her so much....till you meet up again.
It's time to talk to Hospice now and keep them up to date on her condition. Her family needs this as well as she does.
