Thank you soooo much to my clusterhead family! You have given the information I need to find a decent doctor.
I am happy to report I have an appointment on June 12 with the Michigan Head pain and Neuroligical Institute in Ann Arbor MI, which, to my understanding, is one of the best facilities in the country for dealing with CH!! 
I've also had pm's from a few of you pointing me in the right direction for finding doctors closer to me! I'm even possibly going to be meeting another clusterhead in the process!!
I would have been so lost without you!! I am so very happy to have found you all.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
