In the short couple of years I have been here I can't recall seeing any M.D. joining. Aren't there any Doc's with clusters?

There are a few doctors with CH that we know of. The sleep medicine psychiatrist I saw last year is one. A doctor who blogs on the internet: pseudonym Dr. John Crippen (http://nhsblogdoctor.blogspot.com) is another. And I believe that someone else has mentioned a doctor they see also has them.
They're out there.... 
Meanwhile, there are several nurses here who have them.
No worries - health care professionals are not immune - and we do care.

Maybe the docs are afraid to say it out loud in case we'll ask for free medical advice...
