There is an entry about painkillers and WHITE TIGER BALM. I wrote the guy and offered some advice on 02 and staying off of the pain killers. He did not say what kind of pain killers he was on but said that he taked over 10 a day. Told him if he truly had CH and was not just trying to sell something. He would greatly benifit from finding something other then the painkillers. I also told him he might be suffering needlessly. Most likely a troll, but I remember my painkiller days and rubing Icey Hot on my face.

Giving someone the benefit of the doubt and a helping hand is a much better course of action than instead 1st thing going into attack, insult, etc.. mode reacting to the person as a troll before the facts are known. Too many times some jump to conclusions as to new folks arriving at CH.com. It makes for a hostile environment. If this person really is a CH sufferer, you may have very well extended the offer/welcome that can get them the real help they need. Time will tell. Thank you Gena.

Those are interesting comments about pain killers. BAck in what would have been my pain killer days I didn't take any - I hated taking all drugs. I thought my CH were sinus headaches and I breathed steam and eucalypis and stuff like that but I never took any meds. Fast Forward to now. I get awesome results from pill. I used to have the imitrex shots but to be honest the pills work just about as fast for me. Sometimes Relpax works in as little as 5 minutes. I can also take a Relpax as a preventative before I go to bed if I've been having shadows all day and I won't get humped by the beast in the middle of the night. I wonder if my good results are because I never took any meds early on? Jamey

Hey Gena, I remember the days when I believed the doctors actually knew what they were talking about when they gave me pain killers. (I too used icy-hot on my face) Your actions are what I wish I could have come across years ago. Oh well, at least I found this place after all this time! Lance
