It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

That clip of Shawn Lane was downright scary! That kind of speed on fretboard is just beyond me. I aspired to be that fast.
I'll bet this guy gives Steve Vai nightmares.

Yeah is about the best I've ever seen, Vai couldn't touch this stuff in his dreams. I can't play any of his shit either, but my best friend can do quite a bit.
There are some other mostly unknows who rock as well, guys like Garsed, Helmrich, Matic. I still like the old shred stand-bys from my playing days - Moore (Vinnie or Steve), Ferkins, McAlpine, and of course Yngwie!
For band guys Petruci smokes hard core as well.
I quit playing a decade or so ago when my band kicked me out. I got older, lost some hair so I cut my hair and the rest is history...........
When I am done playing football I'll proly dust off the rig and see what still works.
What kind of axes you got laying around?
