Memphis Zoo

Had a chance to go back to my hometown last weekend (right outside of Memphis) and got to spend a little time at the zoo. The Memphis zoo is a gorgeous zoo and is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year. If you're ever close enough, go to the zoo. Will add more pics to the zoo album later on after I've had a chance to see the pictures that my daughter took.

The female rhino wouldn't let the male rhino mate with her (he's not big/bad enough yet), so he pushed her into the moat.
A big triumph for the Memphis zoo! There are only 4 panda pairs in the US and only 9 total ourside of China. Here is Le Le and YaYa.

Just a reminder that Milwaukee has a wonderful large zoo. One of the best in the nation. You may want to consider seeing it while you are in town for the OUCH convention.
Thanks for sharing the pics it makes me want to go to the zoo. Spring is here.
