I made a mistake

I learned that I am somewhat of a lazy terd. I usually "cope" with exercise, but a few times now have decided to work outside. I found that when I have an attack, I can do simple manual labor types of tasks as a way to deal and accomplish something. The problem is that it has taken me about half the time to do some things during a hit than not, and my wife has noticed this. Aw crap, she reads this board too... I have had a pretty rough time the last 6 or 7 weeks, and was really struggling mentally last week. I am starting to accept the horror and realize that nothing preventative or abortive is going to work for me. I am better just accepting that and am ready to fight every frickin day like clock work. I wonder if I am getting to the peak, today during my daily two hour butt kicking, I was feeling like kip 9 when I would get a spike in pain that about took my legs out from under me. It was a total body reaction kind of like a reflex when you get burnt. Got like 10-15 of these "shooters" during the two hours. Just when I think it couldn't get worse, I feel like crying uncle. Thanks for the vent.
