Tim, are you and Linda driving up to DC? Taking 95?
I couldn't find your post about exactly where you are going (Annapolis?Alexandria?) but if you're headed into MD, Hubby said its easier for you to avoid weekend traffic by going up 301............which is about 13 miles from my house.
If you're going 301 to 50 into DC (bypasses the beltway), maybe we can meet either going up or your return trip. PM me.
