I made the mistake!!

I made the mistake, my wife is a supporter and joined this „clusterville”, next she will know toooo much,
And poor me will be put on a but camp regime……… no smoking and all the other no’s one can find on the boards……
Not to forget all the treatments……. if she finds out that there is more ways then just O2 and Zomig to deal with the beast……
I will have to listen to: way don’t you try this or that….. it could help….. you never tried it…..
SO NO INSEIDER INFO!!!

and I would NEVER tell her that if I get a new brushless engine I could get up to 2 weeks of PF time.

Smoking is not a trigger or a cause, in fact some like me can chain smoke away a shadow or even a hit. About 85% of us smoke.
Drinking can trigger but only if you are episodic, drinking out of cycle is fine.
I have heard that sex can stop a shadow, but being married I have no proof.
Drinking coffee is also good, especially when coming down or during a shadow. Red bull is also used by some. Maybe jolt would work too.
Working in the heat, especially mowing lawn is always a trigger for me, either cloudy cool days or let it grow.
I hope this helps and don't forget to steer her to the supporters corner for chat with other supporters.

Everyone here knows that a recliner is a well-known abortive and lifting small cold objects and radiation from computer screens and especially that from other lager "monitors" placed near a recliner are proven methods of aborting this and many other diseases.

It also helps if your wife will run around the house in nothing but a thong, this releases the proper chemicals in your p...brain! that is well known for aborting attacks.
