"Address it." Give me a break. What a yutz. You're supposed to do something nice for the guy as an apology (free service for life would be my choice....good PR) but doing that kind of thing seems a relic of the past. Not authorized to speak..... what a wimp. "case?" Give me a break. It's funny. They're missing some great free press here. Jeeze....have some with it.
