Trip to Prague

I'm going to Prague on Thursday. Smiley

I'm excited, my first time in there! I've heard that it's one beautiful city. Those who have been there, I'd love to hear your tips. Me & mum are going to be there only few days, so we want to see as much as we can.

Here's what our hotel looks like:

Hi Sandie-

Your trip sounds wonderful!  One of my ambitions is to visit the former Soviet Block countries.  Maybe some day I'll have the time.

Enjoy the food and the people.  The folks I have met from that region are very warm and friendly.

Hope the beast takes a vacation from you (permanent) so you can enjoy your holliday.

Thanks, Paul. I hope that the beast is on vacation, too, so I'll have a PF trip. Smiley

No worries, Nani, I'm taking TWO cameras with me! And now I have a scanner, so I can scan the best snaps... Wink

I spent just a few hours in Praha in 2000. It's a nice city. There are a lot of 5-600 years old buildings in the Old Town. (Those was built when Colombus discovered the USA  Tongue )

Pick up a guidebook ... and have a nice trip Smiley

Jas,

you've learned Finnish! I'm excited & impressed! Smiley
Hyvää huomenta (that means Good morning) is absolutely correct.  Smiley

"Iloinen alku"  means happy beginning. You can say that. If you want to say something like "rejoyce from new beginning" then it would be "iloitse uudesta alusta".

"Astua harhaan" is correct, and I think that with the word "ilota" before them probably should be in form "iloiten" if you're saying what I think you are. Smiley

Finnish is hard language, so I'm always happy to see that people are learning it! Smiley
