having fun in the ol' desert today.... I found this nice cute little doggie in the parking lot. so I went to pet him... must be some kind of desert CHihuaha... Desert Sunflower bloom! Hummingbird sitting still!! not everybody can be pretty... maybe more later....

I LOVE THOSE PICS !! I'd go nuts if I was there cuz I love cactus and have alot of them and always have.....I have some in the house over 5 foot tall and alot of small ones all over in windows.......love the wildlife in the desert but NOT the coyotees cuz there eatina lot of peoples pets around these parts and gettin to be a real serious THREAT.....eatin all the game up and goin closer to houses now grabbin cats and dogs and other livestock. Anyhow.........did you take the cougar pic ? A friend lives in Arizona in the desert and always invitein me out, he even sent me a lizard for my terrarium for Xmas. Prickly pair'd Pam (prickly pair is a cactus name)
