I like her a lot - and she has a good first name. One of my favorite songs of hers is "Jesus Take the Wheel" which reminds me of how I'm feeling in my own life lots of times! I have her whole cd...she's good! Carrie

I don't like any of those people from American Idol. I think they sound canned. Give me the Stones anyday. Carrie Underwood????? Is that the song I heard on the elevator the other day. Burt

Keep them coming, Sean. I prefer country over the "world class tunes" that have neither tune nor melody and are nothing more than rhythmic noise, with occasional vocal from a guy that can't sing. Hiding now from the from the heavy metal freaks

| Haha good call Ueli! Most people know I was a music major before I was a nurse. My primary was piano, but my secondary "instrument" was voice. I've taken a lot of voice lessons and sung in a number of ensembles in a variety of settings. I cannot stand listening to some things people call music but there is absolutely no vocal talent...just a lot of screaming or off-key, vocal cord shredding attempts at "music." hahaha I'm not a classical freak by any means. I hate opera by all means. However, I do like to listen to someone who can sing in tune with talent! Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood are both excellent idol singers. I also liked Bo a lot, too! As far as my favorite pop stars, I like John Mayer, Elton John, Billy Joel, Faith Hill, and yes, even Jessica Simpson - who happens to have a really good voice! haha If I ever get my piano-vocal stuff burned onto a cd, then I can get it online so others can hear! I absolutely love to play piano and sing... My mom wouldn't let me audition for idol a couple years ago...hehehe Prolly wouldn't have made it anyhow since I'm not really the R&B type singer - and that's primarily what they want, although they have diversified as the seasons go by! Carrie

Oh woah!! Thanks!! hehehe Earlier today I was thinking about wanting to try to find the links that were set up so I could repost about my piano music. Lots of newer people weren't around when I was going recital crazy. haha Do you have both programs still downloaded? I just went to my best friend's masters piano recital today so piano is most definitely on the brain! I brought home some Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin to work on practicing...not sure if I'll get to it tomorrow though. I've to order some of the piano vocal stuff, too - that's been my love since I was about 8. Thanks again for posting that!! I feel special now... hehe Carrie

Hrmmm it says the playlist format is not recognized. But that could be because I'm using a Mac. Although the clip of Gnomenreigen worked just fine!! If you get this up and going - I'm starting a new thread. I like the name CHCOM Idol LMAO Thanks bro!

I love Carrie Underwood's songs! I have downleaded them all and I listen to them all the time. I'm so jealous that you have her album, Carrie! One of my faves is song "Wasted". Best wishes & PFdays, Sanna
