hey guys, had a fall on tuesday and chipped a bone at my elbow!!!
feeling guilty as Andy is having to look after me now (psst don't tell anone on the uk site i said that though) LOL

Andy is a star and I know he'll look after you well and whats more is, knowing him, he'll be only too happy to "pay back" the TLC he gets from you so let him! THATS AN ORDER MINI MAC!!!
Oh and it's Mother's Day on Sunday so the kids can spoil you rotten then too! You should have cleared up after them "helping" by ....ohhh let's see? June?!

I'm so sorry to hear about your arm!
I have never broken a bone in my body before, so I don't know what it feels like, but I can imagine the frustration at not being able to function at 100%.

Mrs.Mac sorry about the arm but glad you have someone taking care of you.If it helps any Elaine is in bed with a hurt back maybe you can E-mail back and forth things for the guys to do.I'm sure you've done so much that it's your turn to be pampered
Helen we have mothers day in may do you think I can get away celebrating it twice?Let me know and I'll check the exact day here if you wanna try two mothers days.
The girls have been making me breakfast in bed several times the last few months.Peanut butter toast with a chocolate heart hidden inside and a cup of coffe.They make both just right the only thing is they get EVERYTHING out of the cupboard to make it and never put anything back but they still get a hug for the effort .I Love my girls!!!

Sandra - have you and my youngest daughter been hanging out together? She did the same thing two days before Christmas. She fell at work - 'course it did get her out of lots of kitchen duty, but she was in an awful amount of pain.

She was off work for 6 weeks with it, Sandra. It's pretty good now but she says it still bothers her if she tries to carry anything too heavy with her arm straight down.
It's a really nasty place to break actually 'cause it does seem to take a long time to heal.
The day she was to go back to work from her arm - she ended up in hospital having emergency gall bladder surgery - soooo another month off work. The child walks around under a rain cloud, I swear!

Yikes. That's one helluva cast you have there. So sorry this happened. You'd think that CH would be enough to deal with. How about one effen thing at a time?
I've been there a couple of times. I wasn't fun to be around, especially when as a kid, they had to break my wrist again to reset it because the doctor screwed up the original cast.
