Today I had to go about an hour east to do an audit, and they had some snow there. Lots of snow. As a matter of fact, I missed the road I was supposed to turn on because the snow was all the way up and over the road sign!! Seriously, like 12 to 15 feet of snow. The snow goes up past the first story windows on the houses over there. The dude who I went to see had snow up higher than his garage door. I got a pic. If I email it to someone, will you post the pic here? I dont have a shutterfly account, and frankly, I am too lazy to set one up. That was amazing shit BMonee

Yes Cathi, I had to go up to Government Camp. I have never been in the city of, only on hwy 26 past the mountain. Pretty crazy stuff. For those of you who dont know, Mt Hood is where they shot The Shining with Jack Nicholson. HUGE amounts of snow. BMonee

BMonee ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------It is also where the air guard drove a helicopter into the mountain trying to save some climbers a few years back

I don't know how you move that much snow but jumping off the porch and tunneling out looks fun.

| Sorry for the shitty picture, I gotta remember to keep my hand away from the lense. My car is parked in a dudes driveway, and you can see that if I pull up another 10 feet, that is the dudes garage. The neighbor's house next door HAS a first story, but its buried and you cant see it. See those sticks sticking out of the ground? Those are the ones they put on the side of the road so you can see where the road is. The ones i am used to are from the northeast and are only 3 feet high. Every time I see these sticks I say to myself, "man, what kind of an idiot thinks the snow is gonna get THAT high?' Well, now i know! PF wishes Thanks kirk! BMonee

I saw that much snow in Kansas one time. Went to bed, no snow, next morning we were trapped in our house from Sunday to Wednesday. The entire back part of the house was covered and the front was half way covered. Couldn't get out anywhere. I was pregnant and overdue. Reports on TV had women riding to the hospitals on snow plows. My husband wouldn't let me move, breathe or anything that may bring on labor. This was in February 1971. The baby was Adam, not born until March 8th. The only other time I've seen that much snow was while skiing in Copper Mtn. Colorado. What a blast that was. Mama Weezer
