I know you don't really, hahaha, just a quick note to let you all know that I've been very busy recently with some issues at the office, hope they will get resolved very very soon. Been trying to get caught up with things, and trying to actually have a personal life. Head has been been going threw waves of very bad activity again, not as bad as two years ago, when I finaly found this place, but bad enough to suspect I have an additional pattern in this chronic shite I live with, which is a two year "lets kick her ass from March till May" period. Trying like hell to get a handle on it but just not quite..."there" .... least not quite yet. Jody's been very supportive. He's really been there in the rough times.
Please know my thoughts and heart is with this family and I'm trying to keep up with everything as best I can.
There are certain people who know I'm worried about them so please check in if and when you can.
I love you all very much and I'll be back very soon I hope.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
