Cries for help,
Echo in my mind,
As the madness,
Slowly,
Silently,
Eats through me,
Devouring me,
Leaving me empty,
Hollow,
Until the only thing left,
Is the sounds of screams,
All around me,
And then I realize,
Too late to stop them,
That the screams I hear,
Are my own.
