P.S. I agree with the snow thing. Just the idea of being able to stick my head in snow during an attack, sounds amazing. Of course, I live in an area of this country where the humidity makes you sick, temperature hardly ever goes below 45 and we see snow every 10-15 years. Feel better, my friend.

I haven't had a heart attack, yet. My dr won't let me use triptans, though, because of my heart attack risk factors. I've used the buster treatments with no ill effects, heart wise. If I understand correctly, the higher cardiac risk is with the seeds. The RC seeds are the most benign, which is why I'm using them. When I upped my dose of the HBWR seeds, my chest felt tight and uncomfortable. I'm hoping one of the experts will show up and give better info.

edited to add: remember, you have to detox from the trex. I have a feeling that as you start to detox, you'll get fewer hits. It seems that happens for a lot of folks.
