While I do not suffer from what Freud called Penis Envy, I do suffer from this Meet and Greet Envy so I decided for all of us living here, hell-and-gone, I would make a schedule to suit everyone: We'll start way South: First Friday in March 2006 Bring-and-Braai at O Aquecimento Colocação na terra, in Mozambique Seafood and local beer will be provided (I'll be there, bring mozzie spray) First Friday in April 2006 A Down Under Barbie at Mr Brains Darwin in the Sea (He'll be there and the beer will be for free. ps: he doesn't get a lot of visitors, he scares easily so hollar when you arrive) Bring your fishing rod and swimming trunks if you wanna eat. It is wet there so swimming won't be optional. Saturday 13 May 2006 (due to the moon calender) We are moving up to Ueli in Switzerland and meet at Das wissenschaftliche Laboritory am Vollmond for some sauercraut, zopf, raclette and schnitzelbrot, there will be the world famous chocolate for those deserving choco-holics and a lot of strange tales, backed by scientific evidence, by the host. Schnapps will be served by the bottle. He might not be there, he's shy. First Friday in June Bangers, mash and mooshy peas at The Queens Bowels just across the road from Helen. Mrs Mac will provide blood pudding while you can all fill out your clustermax requirements with your local black market dealer. An umbrella and clean underwear is a must! You are guaranteed to leave with laughter cramps, so bring some pms medication. Any pink drinks are welcome. That Lelimey girl will definitely be there. July everyone is already having a ball in the USA so the First Friday in August we will join the bloodcurdling, ferocious Viking, Svenn in Norway at Det Nors God. We will dine on lutefisk, Marinert edamerost, Lumpe- potekake-hellekake and Vodka. Bring warm clothing and something else to drink for the host. O2 tanks are a requirement with the thin air, heavy breathing is at the order of the day. Bente will welcome us. First Friday in September we'll end up North Sanna will entertain us at Jäähtynyt Kohta model after Kätkeä maahan. You will taste some exquisite but healthy Karjalan piirakat, Kalakukko, ruisleipä with a shot of Schnapps. Sauna's are the in thing for centuries now, so bring towels. After this you will believe in the saying that through the sweat of your labours you will earn your bread. Skinny dipping was invented here, they called it the Polar Hair Club or something similar. You'll all have October and November to recover and prepare for your next Christmas. We'll meet and greet like this every year until someone shows up. See you soon.

| Sherbet Sherlock, sorry Broomy. We'll have to take October, naturally the first Friday unless you want the moon to be full Canada, Broomy and Margi will host us at UNE Plutôt mais Sanglant Rhume Situer où Peupler S'entretenir Français Drôle. They will entertain us with some Canadian Folk Dancing on the tables while we enjoy all their beautiful cheeses like, Oka, Brie, Camembert, Cabriole, Mamirolle, Le Metis, Bluebry, Ermite, Le Pied de vent and Le Bleu de la Montonniere and eat lots of foie gras d’oie and shallots while drinking Ontario icewine. Shucks by then it is nearly winter again so we'll freeze our noix off. As a hostess gift don't bring maple syrup, they make the best

Sounds good to me Jaz. That could be our new thing; food based conventions. Charlie

Charlie, we'll rename them, not conventions or meet and greets but Gastronomical Gatherings.
