Yesterday, Herman Black gave local police information on the whereabouts of the body of Tyreek Davis. No additional information was released.
Today, police divers were dispatched to Lake Anna, again, no information was given as to what information they were acting on. After sonar spotted something questionable, the divers returned to the area with recovery equipment.
Our 10 o'clock news released what we had all suspected. The skeletal remains of a small child were found in a metal barrel on the floor of Lake Anna, those remains are believed to be the remains of 3 year old Tyreek Davis, missing since Sept '04.
Herman Black has again changed his story to say that Tyreek's death was accidental, and because he was drinking and taking drugs, he panicked and disposed of the body.
Let us pray for his family in whatever manner you so choose. May his mother have some sense of peace. And we ask for healing in the community.
