of snow today. 
I even went out before 6a.m. this morning to pick up 2 gallons of milk and already the roads were covered. It's about freaking time we got SNOW!!!

Everything is closed in the southern half of the state as far as schools go. Madison which hasn't closed school in over 4 years is closed today. Hubby still had to drive to work in this mess. He will probably come home early because it is suppose to get alot worse today. I love getting snowed in! About time we get some decent snow around here.

Yeah I'll get to be snowed in at work this afternoon, as I highly doubt that any of the private snow removal folks will have cleared things out by 6pm today. It's gonna be a long long frustrating day.

 that's okay, take it anyway you like. Yep, its our turn now. I just came in from removing the first 3", and I heard probably another 7"or 8" to go, plus a lot of drifting. My garden really needs this.

Patti don't bother shoveling. My son just shoveled last nights 3 inches off the driveway. In the process it started snowing again and the driveway was covered a couple inches deep again when he was finished and I have a very small driveway. It is just comming down that hard and fast.

It was 65 degrees here on Tues Vig. Crazy weather can't make up its mind. We get to enjoy a wide variety of weather here. Such fun. Never a dull moment. We are supose to get some freezing rain in the middle of this storm. Enough to make the roads treaturous.

well, couldja shut the side door to Montana then, please, Viet? It's spilling up into southern Alberta at the moment too. Our winter's been going really well.....until yesterday. Then all hell broke loose and it's brass monkey weather suddenly.
Our cat is pretty pissed at me - he figures I've changed the weather just so he can't go outside. It's putting a helluva crimp into his social life.

We have exceeded a foot here. They are now saying we may get 14-18 inches before nightfall. My husband is now out in this picking up stranded kids because we have a 4 wheel drive that is making it through the snow where there cars are not.
