Here's what I was lstening to this weekend

My buddys wife works at this private School in Chicago that raises funds every year by having local musicians record stuff for a CD that they sell.
I wrote a piece of music and had him put some lyrics to it and they accepted it.
Here's a rough mix of it. Some of the rough edges will eventually get mixed out of it. I am playing lead and rhythm guitar and singing the lead vocal on it.
I was told somewhere else that if you like James Brown and SRV, you'll like this.
