It's pretty sad that I have no where to go when I suffer.
Because I have those M...not supposed to talk about headaches....anyway... my heads killin me in case you haven't noticed I haven't been around.....where is that headache log template.....I know there was one here. The neuro wants me to log my migraines what for I dunno... he isn't as cool as Daves new Neuro.... Maybe he wants me to log them so I can hit him with the log when I'm through.... anyway thanks for this illegal vent...

Just so you know... kudzu can work for migraines, too. PM me for details. There are also some migraine support boards out there, too. (Not that I don't want you to get it here...but I know it helps to talk to someone who really understands your kind of pain.) Harvard's Brain talk communitites has an active Headache forum (their CH board is dead, LOL) but there's a lot of migraine sufferers on it. I think Teri's HA site on About.com has an active board, too.

we made ground hogs..... one of the kids just went home with his Grandmother and said "WE MADE HOGS TODAY" LOLOL.....
I am also being creative with my pain regimen because I waited too long now and the abortives won't work... life sux bein me.... gotta roll.....yesterdays M lasted 9 hours. ree

IMHO - you're exactly where you should be right now! Rant away girl. There are many of us that suffer migraine along with CH - so I hear ya! I liked the idea of you trying the O2. I know that our Margi has used it and it seems to help.

Ree, seriously, if you've got O2 for Dave, try it. It's even aborted a 2-day old migraine for me (because I was too stubborn to try it earlier and I didn't want to waste it in case Mike needed it).
Don't forget to do your exercises, lady - you're the one that told me about that tactic. I know it's the last thing you feel like doing right now but...it might help you blow this one away (I'm thinking you don't have oxygen set up yet, right? it may be a good substitute - or at least go out for a brisk walk tonight in the cool air - that helps too). So sorry you're hurting, my friend. You're not alone, you know that.

As many of you know i suffer complicated and I mean complicated migraines as well as CH. And believe me many times were the migraines worse than some of the CH attacks. I have been paralyzed on one side from them and one of the attacks even led to a TIA for which I was weak on the rt side and facial paralysis for five friggin days. My last visit to the hospital for a week was for the migraines. My neuro finds me interesting (oh Joy) and said I am the worst migrainer he has ever seen but not the only case like me. And even bigger fun is when the two headaches meet. Fucko.......

I started my new years out with one........started up around 11:30 pm and everyone was sitting (BOREING) waiting for the new years ball to drop and whoop it up and shit shit shit shit shit did that commotion ever hurt ! How come moveing around makes my head hurt WORSE ? I couldn't take nothin to keep it from gettin worse cuz I'd been drinkin beer.......'I know better then that' ! So it was a new years I won't soon forget as I got to my room with my cement block head and cried myself to sleep which took HOURS. Then I had one for the next several days and off and on all that week. Brad was less then sympathtic so I felt pretty much alone. But he keeps forgetting........I cook his food and make his lunch Pam
How come they don't have a ch'rs migraine area.......I mean after all.....shouldn't family be allowed to talk about ANYTHING if they need support ? (not for migrainers per-say tho off the street) OK.....did I just break a commandment.........sorry !!!!!!!!
