Snowflakes glitter in the snow Noses get red in the wind Owls hoot in the trees Wonderful nature is in Mom and Dad sit by the fire And keep thier toes warm Now its time to go to bed, I hope there isn't a storm!!! By: Meghan Clancy She wanted to "get it published" so I told her maybe one of you might be a scout looking for knew talent

Ouch newsletter is always looking for talent.I bet if you asked the put it in the next edition. Great poem Meghan with that talent I know I'll someday be seeing you in print.Lots of good poetry books out there or stretch you wings and try a short story.my daughter Beth's your age. minnie

Wow Meghan, that's a very neat poem. Your Dad said you wrote that all by yourself You're very talented, and as Minnie said, I hope to see your name in print in the coming years. I think there's a place on the OUCH site for poems and stories written by children of CH parents. I'll check and see and if I'm right, we'll see about getting it printed there. Great work Meghan! Maybe when you get a little older you'll be able to get a job writing really nice greeting cards. There's another kids magazine called Jack & Jill, I think. They might also take submissions from children. Keep up the good work, honey. Bet your Mom and Dad are really proud of you. Hugs Carol
