My kitchen is done.....Pictures

So we moved into our first house on October 1st '05.
It is a work in progress. I've learned electrical shtuff and plumbing crap. I'm stoked.
Here are some pix
I tore everything out and started from scratch
Here's what it looked like originally it was enclosed by some random walls...weird!
Demolishing shit is fun!
Installation is cool too 
And after 3 months we finally had a kitchen to cook in 
It's small but it's all mine! The kitchen and the li'l lady 
Now the hard part.........
I just need to install the hardwear and she needs to decide on window treatments.
Next project to be announced

Great job - now that you've done yours - would you like a little trip North - I'd love new cupboards!
Have never understood the concept of a ceiling fan in a kitchen anywhere near a cooking area - just a grease collector.
I love your new light fixture. Bet it makes a huge difference.
Aren't renovations fun!

LOL 6 of us grew up in a house 900 square feet bro, with 1 bathroom We had a tiny kitchen too and thats where everybody always wanted to be

You can send the old kitchen to me. It would be an improvement over mine that was tossed together when they built this dump in 1959. I suppose it's getting old enough that I should buy a broom?

It still amazes me that people in America have houses with removable walls. If we want to make any alterations we have to break down brick walls and that's a big mess. By the time you're finished with breaking through a wall, you're so tired and uninspired that redecorating can take up another few years
