The chicken did not die for nothing!

I been trying new recipes. I was going to make stuffed chicken. The recipe called for deboning, so I go by the step by step instructions. When I was done there was no way I was going to be able to stuff that poor chicken and sew it up and make it look like the picture. Looking at that poor chicken in several pieces, I was not going to let its death be for nothing. It had so little meat on it frying would not work. So it became the best tasteing chicken soup I ever made. Boiled in a water till done then added a can of chicken broth then celery and carrots and onion and a spoon full of garlic, and 4 chicken bouillon cubes, a little salt and pepper. It is so good I was going to add rice or noodles but its good just like it is. That chicken might not of ment anything to anyone when he was alive...he sure is the MAIN topic here at my house tonight!

Whoever thought of de-boning a chicken should have been "de-boned" himself. Glad you got a good soup from it! Kris

How does a boneless chicken stand up? And what with Chineese restaurants and chicken fingers? Chickens dont have fingers. Nagging questions.

Gotta save the wings for the Buffalo wing freaks. I'm probably the only person in the world that doesn't like the things. Nice little story E. Charlie

Jonny, when I was growing up my aunt and uncle raised chickens. They killed them by breaking their necks, kinda snapping. I don't believe they actually chocked themt o death. kathy

Oh crap....never mind Jonny...geez... young man, my image of you has gone from the poor clusterhead, confined to a wheelchair that he couldn't operate too well, to a world class chicken choker. This is not good, my friend. kathy
