My anniversary at CH one year

WEll around this time I posted my first desparate post. Maybe Jonny can fish it out. Anyhoo I had a really crappy year in almost all aspects of my life last year but the good part is since my hosp stay I have been PF even with those fucking migraines for four months now. Too bad my personal life won't match up. (I don't even have one lol). My kids drive me crazy. Thank God I am PF or I would end it all.

Thanks to all of you new cyber friends for support and info on how to deal with CH. I have oxygen now (something I did not know about until this site). That is the only thing outside of hospital stays with steroids that works sometimes.

Ricky--lighten up. A crappy year is relative; just ask some one else to define crappy. Frankly, I don't put faith in that stuff. I've had a rough couple of months [my dad died in October adn my grandad died in Dec.] but I don't blame anyone. You don't read about me crying the blues and singing "Woe is me!", right? Am I huring, you bet! Keep it in perspective. Look at the big picture. We are all just a moment of time and most of what we do is insignificant except for one thing...and you need to figure out for yourself what that one thing is. Don't let it be "Woe is me, I've had an awful year!", please don't.
Chin up, my friend. The sun is shinging somewhere so be thankful.
Congrats on one year!

HI again. Want to add that the end it all is more tongue in cheek than anything. I have been through constant sickness, deaths, miscarriages, homelessness , shelters with young children, poverty etc without ending it all. The only thing that could actually drive me insane is the episodes of CH topping it off. Till I found this site I had no hope in that area and I am thanking y'all for the support with CH. This last year was my crappiest year in many years personally and with CH and complicated migraines in a long time.

What I face in my life now is my children and the fact they are going nowheres in life including a 21 year old daughter facing jail time. Too much to go into but it saddens me.

Ricky thank goodness we all found CH.com!

You are brave and strong to carry all this by yourself.  Because you've done it in the past, you will be stronger in the future.

But we all need times where there are people to encourage us to carry on.  With CH we also encounter personal problems that stem from this disease, it is only natural but you have friends and family here.

I am glad you can celebrate your one year anniversary here among people who care and understand.

Everyday I am glad that I found this life-line and I'm sure there are many others too.

Tom. That is why I love this family and site. The brutal honesty. So many of us here have to deal with unbelievable circumstances as well as CH. And like a good family no holds barred in dealing with each other.

Today I am just reflecting on the past year so I got in a mood.  The best thing is that I have really been PF for four months and that gives me the lease on life I need. When health is good, you can almost tackle anything.

Sorry Babe, I looked, but no go......even DJ says that there are SO many posts that the search option is limited.

A quick flight up there will take care of the personal life issue for awhile  Kiss

This family is better with you in it, Baby....never forget that!
