Hey, my name is Phil, aka CheNY.  I'm 34 yrs old, live in NY.  I grew up in Europe & lived there for many years.  I'm a NYC Paramedic for 12+ yrs. Episodic for more than 10 years, try not to keep dates.  Use to be a frequent member yrs ago, then came that angel thats between my legs in the picture.  I use to get CH in jan/feb, this year: as I post this.  I've stopped going to specialists, usually treat myself as I get them.  Most success with prednisone, though I wait til I can bear it no more before taking that poison.  Imitrex is great, but I end up using it too much & kind of scares me.  O2 at night is a must.  And I eat mostly natural & organics, just in case.
Thank you all for understanding & the help that no one else can give.
