About my case history Charlie (jcmquix)
« on: Jun 16th, 2005, 12:17pm »
Quote Quote Modify Modify

My name is Charlie, I signed the guest book about 2yrs ago and left a small entry. Well I have just gotten all our computers up again and hook back to the web. But I have gotten a lot of information from this site then, as well as now.

I have had these headaches for as long as I can remember, but until a few years ago, I never realized that they came in the cycles that they do. Had them on both sides over the years, has been about 18 months since the last round. They seem to come in June – Aug, sometime in Jan – Feb.

My Doctor at the time informed me that I had Cluster Migraines, went through the trials of Trex, ended up on the injectables, they were all that worked because my headaches came and went so fast that the Pills and the Nasal Spray were to slow.
I was good for that cycle.

In 2002. I was out of work on a WC accident, with no insurance. I started getting the headaches 3 or 4 times a day, each headache the pain would start, last 45 to 90 minutes, then I would get a 5 to 10 minutes break, then the next headache starts all over again. After about 3 or 4 times of this during 1 headache, I would get a few hours rest, then start the whole thing over again.

This time they are on the left side, they will probably stay on this side until they go away again. They start coming on about 1am, or sometime about 1 to 1 ½ hrs after I fall asleep. As they progress I start getting them 2 times a day, the 1st at 1am, then the next is about 5pm (at 2 a day). They hit like clock work, I could set a watch by the way the headaches come. Sometime they progress to more headaches in a day, nothing seems to trigger them, just wham, then its here. I also tend to want to walk, instead of sitting still, it really does not help, but with as intense as the pain is I cannot sit still.

I am at about 1 ½ to 2 headaches a day now, but I have had a few days with no headaches about a week ago, but now I think the cycle is started.

If I am asleep, it will wake me up, but usually I have about 5-10 minutes notice.
I wake up flushed, sweaty, wet from sweat, HOTT, right at the temple I always get a small flash of heat, feels like a cigg burn, the it just come on so fast, the headache will last about 30 – 45 minutes, then it will all be normal, in about 10 min I feel fine, almost high (Just relieved that its over), but sometime I get about 5-10 minutes, then it starts all over again. It feels just like someone drilling into my head & kicking me at the same time, BAD BAD PAIN. My eyes water, nose runs, Wet with sweat, breathing increases, shaking all over my muscles (I think its because my body temp). Sometimes like bothers, sometime it does not.

If I get a headache during the day, its about the same symptoms, just I feel a tweak in my stomach, I think its just because I FEAR I know another headache is coming. Then I feel the small burn in my temple, then wham, its here.

I am getting to the point where I am losing sleep; it feels like a Fredy Cruger Movie, I am getting afraid to fall asleep, because I know what is coming. As I start loosing sleep, things are just starting to fall apart. I cannot concentrate at work or home; I fly off on a trigger, from not getting rest. In the last week I have had about 12hrs sleep.

Well, to get to the point. I just seen a new doctor on 6/21/05. He was really good and understands that I have cluster headaches (not migraines). I am now taking INDOCIN 25MG CAP 3X A DAY, and ULTRAM 50MG TABLETS. The ULTRAM was like a lot of people here on the site, I found it by accident. I was having a bad night and I just thought what the heck, it does not kill all the pain, but offers a lot of relief, on a sleepless night.

Narcotic pain relievers just make the headaches worse. Trex works, but I cannot afford to buy it, I even have health insurance (I also get rebound headaches really bad from the Trex). Ultram seems to help ease the pain enough to make it through till the next one. I have tried OTC migraine meds, with no release. I tried Veripamil and it just slows me down so bad, that I cannot function. I tried the Oxygen at the Dr’s office about 4yrs ago, had no luck with it, so he put me on the Trex injection.

I am trying to learn as much as I can about these damn things, they are always screwing up my life. So anyone feel free to contact me, with any question or suggestions.

Sorry so long !

Started meds on 6/14/05 in the pm:

On the first night with meds, I got headache after I fell asleep, I was woke up
At 1am, as usual. As soon as I woke up I reached for the ULTRAM, took one.
Then went to the bathroom to ride the Demon out and wait to see if it was going to pass or if we were going into the ring (to fight). Well we went into the ring for about 15min.
Thank God, Cause I was worn out from the night before (I was up 3 hours the night before).

6/15/05 The days have been pretty good so far, I really stay very busy during the day, it seems to help keep them away.. ????

6/15pm – 6/16am

Well went to bed at 11pm, awoke about 1:15am, had the feeling that this was going to be a small headache, so I waited to take any ULTRAM, well I was wrong, by the time I got to the Ultram, I took 2 cause I could not hold my head up any longer. Well I was in the ring (fighting) till about 3am, had to get up at 4:30am to get to work. Well I have taken 2 more Ultram throughout today, cause it still feels like someone kicked my head in last night. I feel like I got into a Bar Brawl last night. Its 1pm and my head is still sore to the touch, but I think the headache is gone for a few hours, I hope. Today has been a bad day.

Will try to post more tomarrow

This is  a great resource to know like the back of your hand...print it out and give it to your doc

http://www.brightok.net/~mnjday/chtherapy.pdf

It will present the appropriate treatments that you should seek and your doctor should know!!!

Ask for a script and if needed FIGHT fOR Oxygen...

http://www.maplefallswebdesign.com/misc/oxygen/oxygen.htm

Educate your doctors!!!

Since you do have the "typical" wake you up in the middle of the night horrors then.... Melatonin might be very helpful
Many of us (myself included) have found that taking 6-9mg (some take more) about a 1/2 hour to 45minutes prior to bed have Knocked out the night visits and can finally get sleep.

With the exception of 8-10 times.....I have slept through the night since August.....Still get hit during the day but my overall quality of life is better because I am not as exhausted all the time.

Some people report that it seems to make them worse....The fact is that we are all different and respond differently to everything therefore it may or may not...

The one thing I will tell you as far as my experience was that I had to stick with it...The first night I took melatonin, I was awoken with a doozy only I was too groggy to find my O2 .....It got a lot better for me....I then slept through the night but would get slammed about 1/2 hour after waking up....kinda like knocking the beast off schedule.....then again I was peaking and this cycle has been all over the place with no real pattern.
I stayed with melatonin and have had decent sleep overall.

It may help and it is natural with not too many sideeffects....also ask your doctor b/c if there are any side effects or contraindications...I think they have to do with mild depression.....

Like I said we are all different.

Best wishes, good luck & stay as positive as you can!!!!

6/17/05  6am

Got to bed about 11pm again last night. Again awoke about 1am, had the tingle in my ear, heat in my face, them WHAM, I was wide-awake. Got up took 2 Ultrams, went to he bathroom, started pacing. Finally about 2:30am the DRILLING started to ease enough for me to try to go back to bed, but I was still so sore and wound up after doing about 5 rounds in the ring in the bathroom, I think the BEAST had me on the ground KICKING me in the head for about 20 minutes, I still feel the foot-prints.

After about 2 hours of tossing and turning, I said the hell with it, got up and headed to work. So here I am again today, feeling like I auditioned for the latest version of the Freddy Cruger movie. I figure at some point I will get so tired that my body will just ignore the pain, and just sleep. I get to talk to the Dr again today, so maybe he will give me something different to try, the INDOCIN 25MG CAP 3X A DAY is not really stopping the Headaches, but at least the Ultrams are helping a lot with the pain, I am just waiting for rebound headaches to start from using them.

I just want to say Thanks to Pegg and Eric, for all the support that they are giving me, I tell you I was just about to give in the towel. I just thank God for them and all the people & information on this site. Just knowing that I am not just a Nutcase case with Head problems, this enough to keep me fighting. I am going to kick the BEAST ASS, and walk away with the championship.

Well time for the fun (yeah right) day to begin at work, Thanks everyone.

I forgot to add a few things from earlier. I am interested in talking to people from Florida, but I also want to talk to anyone with this condition, just for support reasons. Even if you need support, I will try to help you.

Charlie, I hope today is a better day for you.  I too am afraid that the meds you are using are not helping matters much after what you explained happened last night.  Looking forward to hearing what your HA specialist has to say.  Stay in touch ok?

Hey, Charlie!  Welcome to the website.  I noticed you said you tried oxygen in the doctor's office and it didn't work.  I posted the following in another thread here.  Give it a looksee.

=============================
For those of you who have tried oxygen in the past, try it again using a non-rebreathing face mask (plug any outside air inlets and cut the straps off) and up to 15lpm.  There's documented proof it works for a lot of people for whom the standard 7 - 10lpm does not.

Go here and print this article by Dr. Todd Rozen and take it to your doctor.  Demand to be allowed to try this.  If you can't get it, try welder's oxygen.  There are several people on this website that can help you get set up with a welder's O2 rig.

http://www.chhelp.org/mhni.html

Quote:
Oxygen, the safest of all cluster therapies, is usually prescribed based on a landmark study by Dr. Lee Kudrow. In this study, patients were instructed to use 100% oxygen via a nonrebreather face mask at 7-10 liters/minute.

Quote:
MHNI's experience indicates patients who do not respond to the standard flow rates should be given the opportunity to use up to 15 liters/minute. However, prior to initiating this therapy, patients must obtain clearance from their primary care physician since serious lung disease and other conditions can make oxygen therapy unsafe or inappropriate. In addition, such oxygen therapy should not be used for more than a maximum of 10-20 minutes at a single setting.

=========================

I'm glad Eric and Pegg have been helping you.  The people on this site saved my life during a very dark period.  They are the absolute best.

Again, welcome!!!

I am currently waiting to hear back from my dr today, but I am going to send all the info to him from everyone here, I thank everyone.

Gator: I know what you mean about dark periods, when this all started again I started thinking about how to leave my family well off if something happened to
myself (CH BEAST). Cause I just thought it was the only way, I'll tell you one thing, this is more than a light at the end of the tunnel, this is like an explosion.

I know I have not gotton more than 10 hrs sleep this week total, my head is still sore from the all-nighter's, but I feel like as new person knowing I am not alone, and their are poeple out there, like myself and are there to help.  Wink Smiley Grin

Thank You and I will never be able to say it enough !!!

Well I just heard back from my Primary Doctor, they wanted me to find a Neurologist.  Roll Eyes

So I done this and got the appt set for next Thursday.  Grin So I call my Doctor back and tell them I have an appt for then. Well then they tell me to quit taking all the meds, this he prescribed for me… ??  Shocked  Huh

Like Hell !!   laugh   I told them that I was still getting the CH’s, just not as intense, but they coming 3 or 4 at a time, with a small break in between (about 5minutes), about 90 min its all over for the night. I am not stopping these meds until I get something to help; I just know that I am starting a new cycle.  Undecided

That was the next question. If I have not had them in almost 2 years, how do I know I am starting a new cycle? I am like, I have had them all my life, they start slow once or twice a day, and then as the time goes on they start piling up like wrecked cars on I-75.

Man do any of these people have a clue?  Huh

Sorry to be Ranting, Angry    but I need somewhere to vent, so I am just going to make this my little space.
I just want to get some sleep and then I can figure things out.  Huh

I will by making a side trip, and getting the recommended OTC med for sleep, right now the dr's can screw. I am the one with the BEAST stomping around in his head.   Cry

Angry

You gotta rant dude.

This is the onlyplace that actually listens, too.

I caled my doc because he had given me Nasal spray samples to try for the "baddies"

well i tried it and ended up puking from it.
That did not, repeat, did not help the head.

When I called to tell him to give me something other than a nasal spray, he only words were,
"I can't help you.  go to the E.R. if it doesn't get better."

(Needless to say I am shopping for a new doc, asap.)

duh.

If only we could place their heads in a vice and say,
"oh, does that hurt.  Just wiat until we ramp it up a bit..."
Then they might get a clue or buy a vowel or learn a thing or two.....

keep up the posts.  we are roting for you to defeat this mean beast in the 7th round!!!!!!

Well I have made it to Sunday 6/19/05..

I quit taking all Dr prescribe meds Friday at my Dr's direction, I am to see a Nero Dr this comming Thur.

I did start taking the Melatonin (6mg) and
Benedryl (50mg) Friday nite, at the advice of a few peopole here on the board.

Well Friday night/ Sat morn  I did get an unpleasent visit from the BEAST at about 1am, for about 90 minutes.
I was still pretty sore on Sat.

I did the same treatment Sat nite, well I did get a quick visit again at about 1am, but I was not as intense and the period was only about 45 minutes. Then today the only problem that I have had is that I am a little sore than normal today.

I was warned that it will take at least 3 days for the full effect of the Melatonin & Benadryl to take effect, but it is still looking pretty good. I have gotton more sleep in the last 2 days than I did all last week.

I do not know how long the good news will last, but as long as it gets me through till I see the Nero Dr later this week, I will be happy. My Primary Dr just kinda dumped me until I can see the Nero DR, so at least I can have some relief, cause I am still working 50 hours a week. I have no one to take my place at work and I can not afford to take the time off.

As alway I just want to thank everyone here for the great ADVICE and SUPPORT, cause you can not get through something like this alone..

Well I had the visit last night again, went to bed about 10:30pm and had the visit about 12am, seems like I get about 90 minutes before the BEAST wakes me up. I did take the Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg) & a hot shower before bed, the headache lasted about 50minutes.

The good news is that, the headache was still not as intense about a 5 on the kip scale, still high I know, but better for me. Also the headache did not last as long, usually they last about 90 minutes, now I am about 60 minutes. So I am making some progress. Then last but not least, I was able to fall back asleep till my 4:30am wake up time, I usually had to saty up from being sore and wound up from the headache.

The soreness is still there today, but I will live with the shadow/soreness compaired to the headache, I hope to report better progress after a few more days of the Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg), after all sunday was only my 3rd night.

Well until tomarrow, PF days to all, and thanks for all the support and help.

Love ya's

Ok.. Well I have not heard back for the New Nero Dr about when they can see me yet, but I need to post a few questions and see if someone can answer them for me.

My insurance company said that they will not cover the O2 for CH, but my New Nero Dr can call and tell them it is Medically Necessary and they may change their mind, more stupid shit from the medical community and the Insurance Company ..???  Angry  Angry  Angry

Then the second question, I asked about the TREX and the girl told me I could get a 3pack every 31 days of the injectables ??? What is a 3pack ??? The girl at the insurance company does not even know what a 3pack is ?? Huh  Undecided  Shocked

She also said that my New Dr can call and ask the Ins. Company to increase my covered amount for 31days, if its Medically Necessary and they would decide within 48 hours.   Angry Shocked Angry

I am tired of the term Medically Necessary what the hell am I a drug dealer now ??  Angry

Ok, so is it Legal for me to just get the TREX each month and store it up for when the BEAST strikes again ?? I will just get the 31day supply every month and keep the in the fridge ??

If I can not get the O2 through the Ins. Comp. is their another way for me to get it in Florida and what is the cost like, I mean Damn, I still have to feed my Family.. jaw_drop

I feel like quitting my job and going on Welfare just so I can get the meds I need and Feed my Family, When I asked them for help, I was told I make to much a year, give me a break...  Angry Embarassed Sad
 gocrazy
And Remind me .. Why Do I have CH..  Undecided Huh Angry Shocked

Here I am again, I do not know really what I done wrong last night, but I had 4 rounds with the BEAST.

I did the same as the last 3 nights, Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg) & a hot shower, in bed by 10pm.

I woke at 11:30pm, with the BEAST in FULL FORCE. I took 1 Ultram & 1 Tylonal (the Tylonal boosts the Ultram) was up about 45min, went back to bed.

About 15min, as soon as I feel asleep, I was again woke up with the BEAST in full force, paced the bathroom for about 15 min, took another Ultram & 1 Tylonal, about 30 minutes later went back to bed.

Then 30-35 minutes later, again right after I fell asleep,
was woke up again with the BEAST really kicking me in the head, I got up & paced the bathroom for about 15-20 minutes, the CH started to go away about 3am. As soon as I got into bed, it started to hit again. At this point I just said the hell with it. I decided to get dressed and go to work.

I really do not want to get the TREX again, but I am going to have to do something till I can see the DR. Today is going to be a long day, I feel like the BEAST had a few friends over last night and they had a party inside my head. The Ultram was working for the pain, but I think its effect is fading. I know its a narcodic, but the dr told me it was different.

I can not really think good today, but I need to know if I get the TREX, can/and or should I still stay on the Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg) ? It really seemed that it was working, but after last night, I really do not know which direction to go? The left side of my face & head feel like I was hit by a MACK truck today.

Am I just shaking the Beast up, and getting results or is it just going to keep lashing back like this, I was getting better, but I just feel like my mind is slipping away. Damn do people go insane from this shit..? I feel like I need a Padded Room.. I am just frustrated, Take a few steps forward and then get knocked back ten feet.

Thanks again to everyone for their support.
PF days to all, I wish I could catch the boat. Sad

First thing I'd do is ask your neuro for a prescription for some sort of Triptan drug (vaso-constrictor) .....I'm partial to Relpax, but have used Maxalt with some success in the past as well (NOTE:  stay away from them if you have heart problems!).  Second would be to print out all the Oxygen information you can get from this site and take it to your Neuro's office and ask for a prescription for 12+ lpm AND a non-rebreather mask. (those are both important, less that 12 lmp or another type of mask won't do the trick) 3rd, If you aren't already doing it, keep a HA journal, with info like when, how long, how bad, what drugs you took, for each HA, and study that.  find the pattern to when the HA's come and find something (treatment-wise) that will keep the beast under control.   Just because someone like me says to use Triptans and O2, doesn't mean it will work for you, but it sounds like you really haven't found out what works for you yet.....  One other tip.... don't be afraid/intimidated by your Family Dr or Neuro.....odds are if you're read all the good info on this website, you might just know more about CH than they do.  Don't be afraid to march right in there, tell them what you want to try and if they refuse ask why.....

Hoping you get some PFDANS soon.....I've been there, brother.....although it may feel like it sometimes, it's not the end of the world.... thumbsup

Well I am supposed to be keeping a HA diary, so I guess this will be it, I can print this off and my Dr will not only know what meds I have been taking, but even what I am going through.

Well went to the GP DR after work yesterday, I do not think this guy has a clue. I explained again all about the CH's I was having all nite long, he was like confused. Glad I get to go to the Nero next Thurs. Smiley

Anyways the only good thing was that I did get the Ins Script to get my 3/2packs of Inj every 31days Smiley Wow.
He also gave me 10 / 100mg Trex tablets, to hold me till I see the Nero Dr.

So how did last night go? Well I took the usual Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg) & hot shower before before bed, it was about 10pm when I was going to bed. Well as soon as I got into bed, I felt the twitch on the left side, yep I was getting one even before I got to sleep. I got up took 1/100mg TREX and decided to take 1/50mg Ultram (the Dr said the Ultram would boost the TREX). To make a long story short, I dance around for about 45 minutes and then the HA started to taper off, by then I was tired. I was up all nite the nite before, I fell right to sleep.

I woke up once at 2am, Groggy, I thought it was cause of a HA, but I went to the bathroom and all was fine, no HA. I went back to bed and slept till 4:30am. (So COOL).

Its about 7am, I feel really good today, I do not feel any shadow HA and even the soreness that has been with me for about 3 days is gone. Smiley (Thank God & the Meds).

I really needed this rest, I was on the edge again yesterday, I spent the day posting on the board here just to keep my mind focused, if that meakes sense. ??

I really have just 1 question, my GP Dr, said to just take the 100mg TREX at the same time everyday, well I was talking to ERICX2 (Thanks) and we both came to the conculsion, that the TREX is an abortive, not a preventative. (Right).. So I think I am going to just take it at night when I feel a HA coming on.

Does anyone else have anything to add.. ??

I am still staying on the Melatonin (6mg) and
Benedryl (50mg) & hott shower, before bed, that really seems to be working the best.. Smiley

Thanks Eveyone !! PF days to ALL !!

Charlie.....

I use Relpax as sort of a prevantative/abortive....I take it when in cycle 2x a day, (indications on the package say no more than 2x in 24 hours) around the same time every day and every night before bed.  then use the O2 to beat down any stray HA's when the Relpax is wearing off....Also....how big a fella are you?....I'm about 5'10" and 200lbs....and when in cycle, I take 9mg of Melatonin at bedtime with the Benadyrl....so you may consider upping that....just remember to pee before you go to bed....it's real hard to wake up at night with that much melatonin in ya.... waveHey Boyce,

Well to start, yesterday when I seen the GP Dr, I took the list of the trip's in and asked him questions about all them. Well as I said before, I don't think he has a clue, cause he basically said the only thing he would let me use was the TREX, and the paperwork I copied from here was useless..

(Sorry) Its all good info here.  bow

#1 - I have used TREX before with no bad side effects.

#2 - the GP Dr, said its the only one that works, all the   other stuff is crap.

Well I do like the way that the TREX zaps the CH, it really kicks ass for me, But the pills take to long and I think the Auto inj. (6mg) is too much, I use the hint for TREX to the left (Great Idea DJ).

As I said before he gave the TREX 100mg pills to take as an abortive until I see the NERO Dr. Told me to take one everyday at the same time. I read the insert this AM and it says to only take if you are getting to ABORT a HA, DO NOT USE AS AN PREVENTIVE !! So I think I am just gonna play Dr for myself till I see the NERO..

                                                        hammer

As for my size, well I am 6ft tall about 210lbs. I already found out at the bathroom thingy before bed. I woke up the first 2 nights with the BEAST kicking me in the head and I was stumbling all over the place till I woke up, pacing the room is a B--ch while you are still asleep, but those meds work really good.

The O2 and other abortives I will just wait to ask the NERO about, I am going to avoid my GP like the black death. If I like the NERO, I am going to find another GP, that knows about CH & HA.

My GP is a  looser

I hope everyone has a PF day !!!

Well its been a rough last 24 hrs. Yesterday while at work I got my first daytime hit of this cycle. At about 2pm, I started feeling the BEAST. I had a 100mg TREX tablet, but being at work I did not want to take the entire pill, so I cut the pill in 2, I took half,
About 30 minutes later the pill kicked in, it reached about a 6, HA gone about 60 minutes, but a terrible shadow remained. About a 3 or 4.

Once I got home I still had the shadow about 3 or 4, I was fading in and out.

Took the Melatonin (6mg) and Benedryl (50mg), did not do the shower, I was not feeling up to it (maybe this was a mistake ?). I got to bed about 10:30.

I woke at 12am with the BEAST kicking me in the head, got up took 1 Ultram & 2 Tylonal and headed fro the bathroom to do my pacing & fighting the BEAST, this reached about a 6, well about 60 minutes later, I was feeling better. I was still a little sore, but I climbed back into bed and fell asleep.

Well at 2am, that damn BEAST was kicking me in the head hard this time, it was at least a 10 by the time I could find my way out of the bed. I did not take anything right away, I had to figure out what time it was and when I last took meds. I just decided to go and pace the bathroom a little bit and see if it would fade at all.

About 3am, I decided to take the other half of the 100mg Trex tablet. Well I have been up since then. This headache is going on about 4 hours, I have had 2 breaks in the middle.

It’s a 6am now, I am still really sore. This thing has me so sore it even hurts to touch my head. I am hoping that next Thursday gets here real soon.

PF days to ALL!! Smiley

It could be you are starting to peak and it is reaching the worst prior to simmering down.

bow Thanks for all the support, I do not think I would not be hanging in there if not for you guys.

It really has change my outlook about my CH. To know that there are people out there to lean on and people that I can help also changes your attitude completely.

Well after having a bad night/morning yesterday, the hits continued to come. I get hit about 2pm, while at work. I took half of a 100mg TREX tablet. The HA went away about 30 minutes, was only about 4 or 5 on the scale.

Then while I was driving home about 5pm, sitting in traffic, the BEAST decided to see what it was like to drive. I had to go ahead and take a whole 100mg TREX tablet, as I did not have the TREX Injector with me its at home. So I made it home before the HA really hit, this one turned out to be about an 8 or 9 on the scale, it took about 90 minutes to go, I paced the bathroom at home for about an hour, I got a wet with sweat, temp went way up, I was just a real train wreck. I have not had any sleep in over 36hrs. So when this one went away, I had to lie down, got about a 90 minute nap.

Well at about 8pm, the BEAST tried to raise its head, but I think he was too tired also, after beating me up for almost 40hrs. So this was just a tingle in temple and it went away.

So I decided to take the Melatonin (9mg this round) and Benedryl (50mg) and a warm shower could not get the water to hot, the TREX makes me real sensitive to smell & touch. I do not know why it does this.. ??

I went to bed at 10pm, was out in no time at all. I woke at about 1am, not sure why, all I was thinking was this was another hit. I got up and got ready, went to the bathroom and nothing happened???  Wow, that’s a change again?? I went back to bed.

I woke again at 3am, had the same thought, here comes the hit. Went to the bathroom, got ready to battle. Nothing again??? So I decided what the hell, I’ll go back to bed while this is good. Well BAD idea…

I woke at 4am, (alarm set for 4:30am for work). Now I was wet with sweat and my head was just starting to feel the BEAST, so I went back to the bathroom. I figured it was time for a battle, but I only got to about a 2 or 3 on the scale, but Its about 6am and I still have the same feeling, I have never had this before. Its like the BEAST is just poking me in the head and laughing, I swear. ???

I hope the sleep I got is from going from 6mg to 9mg of Melatonin, I will know more tonight. But I did get some much needed REST.. (Thank God).

Well its time to start work, so I will see if the BEAST comes or just stays in the shadows. ?? I hope he hides today.

I wish PF day to All !!
