Need Help! New symptoms; Old problem

Morning to All;
Am not new to clusters as I have had them 30 years.  But am having new symptoms.
Have been out of cycle now for approx 1 month, Thank God, but every afternoon am having very mild clusters. Not enough to run and hide but enough to take something for them.
They are the same headache just not the severity of the cycle headaches. Just a taunting "Remember Me? Here I am, dont forget I'll be back," kind of headache.
I dispatch 55 truckers daily and cant afford these damn things to interfere. I have to keep my wits about me and be able to keep them going.
Was wondering if anyone else has these mild ones and why all of a sudden they are once again trying to drive me crazy. The changes in them are freighening and I dont know how to cope with them.
Any ideas why they are all of a sudden changing after 30 years and what to do with them?
Thanks to all and May we all be pain free.

Hello !
Nice to meet you  Smiley
I'm sorry you are having a bad time of it at the moment These sound like rebound headaches.. what are you taking for them? Alot of meds cause rebound headaches which is sort of like an echo for me at any rate.
There isn't a lot you can do as taking more meds prolongs the vicous circle.. have you tried O2? I have found that helps but only if I continue breathing it for about 15 mins after I need to.
I hope this helps and I'm sorry I wasn't a bit more help
Hopefully someone else will be able to give you some more help too.
Let us know how you get on
Regards
Helen

I have had these for about 6 years, only one other time in December....but this year they are here and mild.

(Mixed blessing???)

Don't know if weather is changing.
Saw a report that the North Pole is migrating faster...
that could make the beast mutate?

anyway, hope you loose the beast soon.

Was wondering if anyone else has these mild ones Yes, I do every day. I've had low level Kip scale Clusters, aka Shadows, every year for the last 4 or 5 years. The other years it was only 1-6 week cluster. This year I'm in my second cluster of Shadows

Any ideas why they are all of a sudden changing after 30 years and what to do with them? Mine did the same thing. Every year for 25 years I had one 6-8 week full blown cycle. A few of those years it was twice in the year. Now, 30 years after they started I'm old, wrinkled, loosing what little I have of my gray hair, wearing bi-focals, stooped and bent, shaky and having shadows each year.
Maybe it's the age thing. Have you gotten any older in the last 30 years?
