Could use a referral to a very good San Diego Neurologist with extensive CH experience.  Your
input would be most appreciated. Thanks, Phil

Hello Phil,

Not sure if this is what you're asking for but there's a list of recommended doctors on the OUCH site. Here's the link: http://clusterheadaches.org/doctors.htm

Hope this helps,
PFDAN to all,
Perry.

If the OUCH info doesn't help start with your Yellow Pages and look for headache clinics. Also, call your local (large) hospital and ask for a referral. They often have a referral service.

Regardless of how you find a name, be very direct in asking both the doctor and his nursing personnel if he has experience with Cluster. Experience reported here makes it clear that even othewise well qualified neurologists may not have training/experience in treating the complexity of headaches.

Perry and Bob thanks for the suggestions. I have found knowledge, solice and a supportive community here. In fact, my current primary care physician and neurologist should become active members of this site, perhaps they would learn something usefull.
