My name is Scott and I am a ClusterHead.  I have been up for 30+ hours with this delightful companion some call the devil or beast.  I have had the CHs for approximately 7 years and now have been trying the typical dr. BS.  I am very grateful for the insights various people have in treatment and now I have some new avenues to try.  Although it has crossed whats left of my mind to try copper or lead treatment (sorry kinda morbid).  My heart goes out to everyone experiencing this "disease" and in the words of others on the message board "would not wish this on my worst enemy".  I look forward to the discussions, help and support.  I definately know it is difficult for non-ClusterHeads to sympathize,  but my family tries.

Talk to some of you later

Copper and lead is not an endorsed treatment plan, however most of us have considered it at least once.  Try to hang in there.  We are here for you.

Welcome to clusterville, Scott. Sorry you had to find this place, but it's the best place for you to be if you're a clusterhead.

I'll echo what Thomas said, stay away from the metals - get on the gas (o2).

Good luck in your battles with the beast.

Scott,
How are you holding out? Stay away from sharp objects as well as heavy metals. Hope you are doing better
