some outside sympathy

the other day i did get some sympathy from outsiders. You see at 6pm, as our daycare closed, I could not hide the teary, swollen eye from co-workers... and though I only have to walk 2 blocks home from work, I knew i would never survive it. I just had to call my hubby to come and bring me home. My co-workers offered to drive me, or wait with me. their eyes all large and concern on their faces. Heck, I'd walked to and from work for 300 days, through thunderstorms and icey0cold winters... but here was a perfect day, and I couldn't walk down the hall and out to the parking lot.... They knew something was really wrong. I just thank God that the eye symptoms present themselves, otherwise...well, people would say we were playing or using the headache as an excuse.... TJ

Sorry to hear you had to go thru that. Now, while it is fresh on their minds, would be a great time to educate your co-workers about the cluster condition. They sound like a great group to work with.

Are you taking anything for your cycle? During my last one, I carried 02 with me everywhere I went. Don't just endure the pain. walt
