Has been a few years, but the hell is returning...I can tell already. I wrote this last time I was on here back in 2002:
BURNING FRIENDS FURY

The clock strikes 3, I wince again,
The throbbing stops, and restarts when?
Afraid to sleep, I rock and moan,
But remember now, I am not alone.
At 3 AM, I've wondered how,
Could others be here, with me now?
Finding CH...dot COM...online,
Found friends in pain, I call them mine!
Background:
Started back in 1985...87, 1992, 1994, 1997, 2000, 2002, TODAY
Have tried everything from Oxygen to Chiropractors to BP meds to the typical migraine drugs. I can tell already. I swore last time that I would try Shrooms but my new job is soooo damn drug unfriendly that I just can't. I am just waiting for the first bad episode here, it is coming...pillows on my head as I slam into the floor to stop the pain for a nanosecond. I HATE THIS SHIT!!! My poor wife and kids, the hell, DAMN DAMN DAMN!!! I have already popped like 2000MG of tylenol today just so I could enjoy some beer this one last time. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Drop the alcohol dude! It will bring the beast like nothing else. Make a choice, pain vs. beer.

Sorry your in pain too, but you need to find a doc. Little Deb is right. That kind of treatment doesn't do squat for CH. Find yourself a doc.
Get a preventative strategy.
Get a abortive strategy.
Find out what will work for you.

That's the bottom line right there and for me it's a no brainer.
And 2000mg of Tylenol?!?!? Holy shit!
The headaches won't kill you (I know sometimes we wish they would) but all of that Tylenol WILL kill you when your liver shuts down.

I don't even "sniff" alcohol when I am in cycle....instant trigger. And no cologne or other "scents". No fumes either.........among other things.
Cigarettes bother me, and markers or anything. Doesn't even have to be strong.
I am an unhappy camper in cycle right now...but thank God my meds are working pretty good.
j-man.......you need to find a good doc and stop self treating.
