This isnt a joke but I laugh when I think of it.Years ago I was dating a lady who believed in "natural medicines."I wasnt getting anywhere with my meds,so she buys a book on natural headache cures.One cure said snort cayenne pepper in the nostril on the side of your headache.Well,you guessed it,I snorted some and Im telling you DONT EVER TRY THIS.If there is a pain worse than a cluster headache that was it.

BTDT...........OMG awful....also add standing on your head in middle of a high K CH! I got stuck! Here I am eye's tearing yelling to my hubby to help me get down! (I was up against the wall head in a pillow) That is the only time I actually chuckled during a CH (once I was back on my feet that is  )

LMAO sorry don't mean to really, I heard of this to and once went looking in the cupboard to find some I'm glad now I didn't. Thanks for the tip

Good advice, though... There are occasions during which one is desperate enough to try anything to abort the pain. My advice: eat ice cream! That actually helped me - once.
