what does your neuro say when you dont deliver your usual heache log book. I am cronic and I do ocasionaly have better times and I refusr to keep a diary. when my neuro asked why I said I was having a CH holliday.

The only date I want to remember is when I am sure that they are gone----at least for a while.But it is interesting that when I have a bad one, I remember ALL the specifics about it.

While I was Chronic I keeped a log for years. And durring the holiday period when I was pain free I just recorded the days I was pain free from and noted pain free.

When in cycle I keep a "for what it's worth" log, jot down times, intensity etc. After a month or so I just say to hell with it until near the end. Then it's sort of like a short timers calendar and something to look forward to. Phil
