I know this has been discussed before, but I have been sick with a cold and things have ramped up. I havn't had any night hits in many months until the night before last. All day shadows. And my nose is double-stuffed from snot and headache. What gives?

Hang in there. Things are bound to get better! Are decongestants any help? Rich

The cold altogether hasn't been so bad. I used some Sudafed and it worked okay. But I have just been hit more since I got the cold. Weird.

Very common, my friend .... nothing like the common cold to bring out the best in the Beast. Just blowing your nose can bring on a Kip 9-10. Hang in there. Kris
