DSPS Pulse Pressure and Hypothalamus?

Ok, I'm looking for somebody with more medical knowledge than me. Does anyone have any ideas on the connections between delayed sleep phase syndrome and abnormal pulse pressure in relation to the hypothalamus? It seems as though I suffer from both, along with the CH. I have a good idea that the DSPS is related as circadian ryhtms are set by the hypothalamus, does anyone else suffer from this? As far as pulse pressure I've tried some web research but haven't found much, other than the fact that the hypo does play a role in regulating blood pressure. Any info anyone can provide, or point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
