Pain, not CH

I've been PF since July 13th  Grin

Yesterday all day, and so far this morning, I've had this little pain in my temple, near where my CH pain usually is (CH is behind temple and eye). It feels painful to the touch, almost like somebody hit me there. It's not a headache, just a sore area that hurts when I touch it.

I know, I know, somebody will say "don't touch it" , but has anyone felt this? Is it related to my CH?

I'm just curious....
PF wishes.
Jose

Yes. My shadows are behind my left eye and there is a tender spot in the left temple. If the shadow gets worse I start to feel it above and below my teeth.

Thanks, Bob. This is not a shadow, though. It's just a sore spot on the skin/scalp.

I always say when my hair starts hurting I'm close to a cycle.

I find I have places that feel like bruises on the side that I'm usually getting hit.  One just above behind my ear and one on top of my head directly in line above the eye between my hair.  Very sensitive to touch.

Thanks, Jas. I'll keep a log, in case I start a cycle (only 2 months since last one ended!).

The spot is not sore anymore. Maybe it was just me beating my head after the marlins lost 2 out of 3 this weekend and fell in the standings. Wink
