Hello Guiliano, Here is a link to the cluster trait part of this site (on the left side of your screen) http://www.clusterheadaches.com/traits.html and: This site has much information for you to read which might help you. As far as stomach symptoms, some people become nauseated with some of the more severe headaches, although I don't think nausea comes before the onset of the headache. You might benefit from taking the Cluster Quiz (link on the left) to determine if you have cluster headaches. Good luck with your research, and feel free to post questions. There are many here who can help you. edited to add: here is the medical link: http://www.clusterheadaches.com/about.html Hope this helps. Pat

I have not heard of any symptoms that you described showing up weeks before an episode. Maybe someone else who reads this will have some ideas. Your symptoms don't sound CH related, but your doctor should be consulted. If I can find any info on these early signs, I will post them here. Pat edited to ask: Are you on any medications for CH or anything else? Your symptoms could be linked to meds.

Some say that they start getting "stuffy" more sinus activity. I have read about people getting acid reflux. In fact Dr. Rozen mentioned that commonality at the convention. Good luck

Thanks guys, Vig ,I kept the pic you sent me last year...but was too much scared after the first shot to try it .I'm dealing quite good anyway ,struggling with Ox adn Verapamil, and half pill of SSRI before sleep. E-double ..goal! Yes,my pre/cycle symptoms might be recognized as gastric acid/refux.!! Haven't you got any manner to pass me info or contact or licterature of Mr.Rozen?? I did not find many people here having stomach matters before crisis and I'd like learn more. It's appreciate Tomorrow and Sunday we'll have our OUCH Italian convention . Thanks Yall

| Really? Thanks, I never thought of it until you posted this. I've never had a problem with acid reflux, but since you mentioned this, I was having a lot of trouble with it before, and during my last CH cycle. I'm PF now, but that's one more thing I'm writing in my journal, and I'll be on the lookout for it next time. Again thanks. Any info, no matter how big or how small, helps me in my arsenal against this beast. Sandy
