Hi all.. long time no write. Hope everyone is having PF days Was only (FINALLY!) diagnosed with CH last year, and now have an extremely high ANA (antinuclear antibodies test - which most people test neg for) floating around in my blood, which is a + sign for an autoimmune disease like Lupus. Not diagnosed yet, but am curious as to if anyone else has seen this happen in their labs. Much love to all and would appreciate any insight since I explained CH to my Rheumatologist

I work for a Rheumatologist and he always says that an elevated ANA really doesn't mean anything - lots of people have high ANA and don't have an autoimmune disease process. It is alot of other testing and clinical symptoms that gets you diagnosed with Lupus, RA and other diseases along that line.

Thanks all - Undergoing further testing (FUN!) for it. I appreciate the responses and if you hear of anyone with CHs and high positive ANA, I would appreciate the lead.
