Hi Gang,
So right now I have cluster pain, but I'm dizzy too.  And when I press on the insides of the bridge of my nose it helps a little with the dizzyness, but not the pain.  I have never had such extreme vertigo.  Anybody else have it with their cluster?

How is your blood pressure? Are you only getting dizzy during a hit? Are you taking any meds?

I just recently had a PFO closure about a week ago.  A pfo is a hole in your heart. I had my PFO surgically closed with a titanium plug through a catheter in my leg.   It might be from that, as they are now saying that PFO's can affect migraines and clusters.  I called my doc and he said to just take it easy.
Thank you all for your input,

Hi,
I'm very new to this website.  My husband has a lot of dizziness with his clusters.  We thought it was the prednisone but this time he was way dizzy before taking any meds.  Good luck.

Have never gotten dizzy with CH attacks - Have been known to stumble around some due to the lack of sleep.
