Well, I had a few months off but today (for no reason) I've had a lingering shadow ... maybe a new cycle isn't getting ready to ramp up (not again !! ) Luckily, if it does my Neuro left me with a rx for verap and imitrex ... Hope everyone else is doing ok !!

Thanks Caz. No panic... more annoying than anything and it is potentially the same old song and dance ... I have some Triptans on hand if necessary

I hope it's not another ramp-up for you, Tony. If it's any comfort, for a number of months after my last cycle ended, I had occasional "shadow days." I especially noticed it this time since I weaned off all meds. I don't know how your cycles normally start, but mine start with a bang - a full-blown, unexpected CH out of the blue - no shadows before. In fact, I don't start experiencing those all day shadows until I'm well into cycle. Here's hoping for the best. PF Wishes, my friend. Kris

| Now that you mention it Kris... usually, I have the big bang as well and then I'm in a cycle ... I still had the shadow today (2 days now) but I was able to mostly rid myself of it with some OTC meds ... got a little over anxious I think It was amazing how quickly I was ready to go get that script for the verap filled ... Hope you're doing well !! PFDANs to you all !! Tony

Always, always, ALWAYS continue picking up your monthly allowance of imitrex, even if you are not in cycle. Build up your supply. The way the insurance companies are, they do not allow enough to last us thru the month. Build up, while you can. Chuck

| Good Advise Chuck and Erik ! The one thing I'm guaranteed is the beast will eventually raise its head and take me for another dance or two. I think this was a false alarm... the boy that cried wolf ... or in this case, demon in my head ...
