Hi all. Must be startin a new set, been a few years since my last set. But has anyone had the same kind of burning in the ear on the same side as the headache as you would get in your nose? I'm having burning in the right side of my nose and in the right ear. If anyone has this or any advice or ideas to help please post here or email me private. Thanks MrJGALVIN@aol.com

Welcome to the board. Sorry to hear you're starting a new cluster. About the ear burning, that is something I have never experienced so can't comment. But someone will probably see this and leave remarks. See your Private Message (at the top of the board by your name).

The last two episodes I've had, have included the type of pain you describe. In fact when I went to the Dr. to stock up on prevent. meds. I told her I thought I had an ear infection. The ear was fine, so it has to be CH. Have you read any of the posts about kudzu? I'm taking neurontin, kudzu, magnesium, and melatonin, I've been pain free for 2 weeks now. Good luck to you and welcome, this is a good place.

Yep, my right ear is turning bright red with the shadows I am having. So it matches the right bloodshot eye. Oh well! Sophie

I have some inner ear discomfort and what I can best describe as an inner ear "twitch" while in cycle.

Yes, ear pain here too. This is the first cycle that I've had that problem, along with all of the other joyous thingies that go on during a CH. I don't have an ear infection, but sometimes it sure does feel like it. It hurts like hell during the CH, then just aches for the rest of the time.

I know its going to get bad when I start with sharp pains behind my eye, then my temple, the tip of my ear and behind then on to my head and neck(feels like clicking and grinding of my vertabra). The stereo typical path my idiotic head follows. So yep to both ear and neck pain... PF wishes...........Kim
