There is another that I know of here that experiences vertigo, however, it appears to be unrelated to clusters or the medication taken for it. Yes though, Don's questions would be important to know. Kevin M

When I am taking the Verapamil I find that when I bend down, even if it's just for a few seconds I get very dizzy. Hubby thinks it's because I'm an airhead. I ask then why am I only an airhead for 3 to 6 months a year? Belle

If you were a woman, I'd say it was caused by menopause. Since you're not ... I'd highly recommend getting your blood pressure taken. Alot of people here on on high doses of Verapamil with no problem at all. But - it can lower your blood pressure, and that can cause vertigo. I've never heard of Trex causing dizziness, but I suppose it's possible - it does constrict blood flow after all. However, the effects of Trex wear off rather quickly, so my bet would be on one of two things - Verapamil (check the B/P) or inner ear infection. Keep us informed, Kris

If your blood pressure is dropping too low you can get dizzy. Even to the point of near passing out, thats happened to me a few times when I tried to up my Verap when there was spikes in activity. Please have that checked out.

hammered I have doubled my verp to 360 but my bp is running 154/84 pulse 94. This is all high for me. Still dizzy esp. when I look to the side . I have to blame the verp but it is not because of low pressure, thanks to all hammered
