Perhaps a week or two. BUT, if no response then, it usually signals a need to increase the dose. So, might be a month or more of try, adjust, wait to see.

My doc gave me Prednisone for while the Verapamil kicked in, and it took care of things right away. I was off the Pred in about a week and Verap is working now. Granted, I'm in my first real cycle and therefore it's probably easier to treat this time around.
