CH again but on the downside now I think?!

I started my cycle about 3 weeks ago and I think im on the downside now... With meds I have only been getting one a day and only 2 with in the last 4 days 
Good news for me 
I hope I stay PF for another 18 months

wow That is great . What meds are you on ? I started a new cycle 1/08/05 and they are hitting on about every 3 hours . REALLY would like to know what you did . HOPE YOU STAY PF AND BEST OF LUCK ENJOY

well this time im on 240mg Verapimil twice a day. And I have been consuming TONS of water.
Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but for some reason I threw up one night when took my imitrex (Nasal spray works great for me) and my head ache went from a kip 7 to a kip 10. So kind of had a puke enduced peak headache 
Besides that, I took some time off work and that seemed to help... Lots of sitting and relaxing.
So thats pretty much it, nothing exciting but I seem to respond to verapimil. OH but dont think the last 3 weeks werent bad. I went through over 30 imitrex sprays in that time. I have them in a bag so I can remember how bad it got.
I hope something in this helps. I know how much CH suck and I wish everyone PF days.
