HI! 
Haven't posted much in a while - but I'm still here...every day. Wanted to let you know that.
I haven't sent Christmas cards this year - no time... and keep forgetting anyway...
SO - Merry Christmas and Bah HUmBuG.... and happy Hannakah and all that..........
-----My daughter's school is having a WHOOPING COUGH outbreak. Apparently, all the vaccinations these kids got are not working...... they are getting it anyway. almost 50 kids have it - confirmed cases of Pertussis. Amazing!
So - it's out there - keep an eye on your people. 
My Christmas wish was answered - and Ramon got a new job. A GOOD job - a REAL job.
For the fellow clusterhead that helped with that - we are both very very grateful - and hope to meet you face to face real soon!
MY christmas present is DAVCON! I am excited - not long now.

PS - We forgot to bring in our grill - and it's out there in the freezing snow. Does this ruin the propane? Will it be OK to use it ??? LOL LOL (our very first propane grill.... )

My daughter has it right now... unreal. She certainly DID have her vaccinations. She's on antibiotics, but the damn cough does not let go.

Hey Woobs..........congrats on the new job for Ramon !! I wonder about vaccinations and even with dogs and as many as they have to have on a regular basis till so old it has made me wonder even more. I have seen and know of animals that had had there shots and still got sick and they'd have then far enuf in advance to of worked. So.....they say vaccines can go bad and no one knows or tells you. I am aware of some of the places that recieive them letting them set out too long becomeing uneffective.....so I figure why can't that be true with people stuff.......you order them and recieve them no matter if yer a doc or a vet or for home delivery's. I think alot of stuff can go wrong......and ya don't know till ya get it Pam
Propane will be fine outside........they store the tanks outside and home heating tanks of all sizes are also outside. The heat is more or less the biggest concern I'd think and only IF a tank was filled tooooo full. But avoid any collisions.........a big "boom" will happen hot or cold !
Really am sorry we have to miss Davcon.......depressed about it actually. But with no house sitter and pets with special needs there isn't much I can do about it. Doubt we can make Millwalki either unless jus Brad goes.

Duh - I guess I shudda thunk about that --- LOL
Sucks you cant make it to DavCon coots... Hope you can find a way to make Milwaukee........
I just called the hotel about DavCon.
only 9 rooms have been reserved. I hope people are mentioning they're with OUCH or else they wont get the reduced rate.
Just wanted to mention that.
I guess the whooping cough is more widespread than they're making it out to be. Fubar is in California.. my daughter is in Iowa and my mother in law works at a school in kansas and says it's there too.
Wierd.
and PS - PREDNISONE SUCKS!

Horrible to say that this year I am NOT in for Davcon.
I'm no longer going to have much money for this kind of thing unless I'm very lucky.
